    I would love to know how to OC a dual G5. switch a few resistors around and viola, make a 1.8 into a 2 gig. Schweet.

    Must say that all the reporting on the G5 has been excellent!

    Good to see Macs appreciated on more things than looks again...

    Great, Anand! We are all eagerly awaiting your Mac section!

    The benefits are density (1GB modules will let you reach 8GB in a 2P G5) and that, if they work well, there's yet another competitor in the G5 memory market. The prices on G5 memory are ridiculous, the more competitors the merrier.

    Take care,

    Find a way to overclock this beast then!

    Seeing your comments on the G5 maxed out with 2GB modules would great.

    "After a month of heavy multitasking... 16GBs is beginning to feel a bit tight. I've only got a couple GBs left free..."

    Anand;
    Are there any benefits to these modules, except their size?
